Charitable organisation "Jesus Christ for Everyone" is inspired by the example and teachings of Christ, who calls us to show compassion and help those in need. The holy scriptures contain many verses that encourage us and all who are involved in our work to follow God's example and be a blessing to others.

 

One such verse is from the First Epistle of John: "But whoso hath this world's good, and Seth his brother have need, and shuttethup his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelt the love of God in him?" (1 John 3:17). This verse reminds us that it is our duty to be attentive and generous to those who need assistance, and to open our hearts to them.

 

Another important verse from the Gospel of Matthew is: "For I was hungry, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me." (Matthew 25:35-36). This verse calls us to be ready to help those who are in the most desperate situations, by feeding them, clothing them, visiting them, and supporting them.
